Terms of Service
Last updated 3 August 2026
These cover the bots we build and host, plus CashFlow, our free economy bot. Using one of them, or paying for a build, means you're okay with what's here.
What we do
We build Discord bots to order and host them for you. We also run CashFlow, a free economy bot anyone can add. If what you want isn't possible, either because Discord won't allow it or because it's beyond what we can do, we'll tell you before you pay, not after.
Terms for our public bots
Vybe, Astro and CashFlow each have their own terms, because what they do is genuinely different. If you are here about one of them, read its page rather than this one.
This page still covers the custom bots we build and host for clients.
Payment
- Custom bots are a one-time payment. No subscription, nothing recurring.
- The price on the site converts to your local currency so you can see what it costs you.
- Payment goes through Roblox, or through a payment provider we'll point you to. We never see your card details.
- Hosting is included. If your bot needs a paid third-party service, we'll say so before we build it.
What you get, and what you own
- The bot is built for your server and it's yours. No licence that expires, no switch we can flip to kill it.
- We host it and keep it running.
- Bugs in what we built get fixed free. That's part of the price, not a support plan we sell you after.
- New features after delivery are new work, so they may be quoted separately.
Delivery
Most builds land in a few days. Bigger ones take longer, and we'll give you an honest estimate up front instead of a hopeful one. You'll see it come together and can ask for changes while they're still cheap to make.
Refunds
- Before we start: full refund, no questions.
- Mid-build: partial refund based on what's done.
- After delivery: if it doesn't do what we agreed, we fix it or refund you. If it does and you've just changed your mind, usually no refund, since the work's already done.
Using our bots
Don't use our bots to:
- Break Discord's Terms or Community Guidelines
- Harass people or gather info on them behind their back
- Spam, raid, or interfere with other servers
- Do anything illegal where you or your members are
We can pull a bot out of a server doing any of that. We'll ask first when we can, and explain after when we can't.
Uptime
We watch our bots and keep them up, but we're not going to quote you an uptime percentage. Discord goes down. Hosts go down. Claiming otherwise would be nonsense. If a bot drops, tell us and we'll get it back. We don't do service credits or payouts for downtime.
CashFlow specifically
- CashFlow is free and as-is. Features can change or go away.
- The currency is fake. It's worth nothing, can't be swapped for money or Robux, and we won't restore balances lost to a bug, a reset, or an admin running
/resetmoney. - Every server's economy is separate on purpose. Balances don't carry across.
Liability
Our bots are as-is. We're not liable for losses from using them, whether that's lost data, lost fake currency, or disruption to your server. Where the law says liability can't be excluded, it's capped at what you paid us.
Ending things
You can remove our bots whenever you like. Ask and we'll delete your data. We can stop running something if these terms are being broken or we simply can't keep it up, and we'll give you as much warning as we can.
Changes
These can change. The date at the top changes with them, and anything major gets announced in the Discord instead of quietly slipped in.
